The "Unlocking Potential: The Power of Gamification in Employee Data Science Learning" project at Carnegie Mellon University's Center for Transformational Play developed data literacy training through two gamified modules.

The idea behind the first game was to target managers by using decision-making simulations to highlight the importance and impact of data-driven business choices. Managers engaged in realistic scenarios where they could practice interpreting data and making strategic decisions based on their analysis. This immersive experience aimed to build confidence in using data as a key component of leadership and strategy development.

The second game was designed for practitioners, focusing on hands-on challenges that required effective data analysis and application in various business contexts.
